The D series air cooler is a type of cooling equipment that is
commonly used in-stores in combination with Freon refrigeration
unit. It is a versatile cooling equipment that can operate in
different store temperatures. The air cooler comes in three
different types which depend on the required operating temperature.
These types are DL, DD, and DJ series that can be used for various
store temperatures.
The DL type air cooler is mainly used for fresh-keeping stores
which requires temperatures around 0℃. This type of air cooler is
highly efficient in keeping the freshness of products and
preventing them from spoiling. On the other hand, the DD type air
cooler is mainly used for cold storage with temperatures of around
18℃. It is suitable for storing frozen products such as meat and
fish to maintain its optimum freshness.
The DJ type air cooler is mainly used for quick-freezing stores
with temperatures below -25℃. This type of air cooler is suitable
for storing products that require quick-freezing such as ice cream,
vegetables and fruits. The D series air cooler is a reliable and
efficient cooling system in-store which can help to preserve the
quality of products for a prolonged period of time.
Features:
The shell of our product is made using spraying technology or
embossed aluminum plate. The surface is treated with spraying,
which not only gives the product a beautiful appearance but also
enhances its resistance to corrosion.
The coil of our product has been arranged in a new and innovative
way to minimize wind side resistance. After installation, the
copper tube is expanded mechanically. This narrowing gap between
the copper tube and the fin helps reduce contact thermal resistance
and improve heat transfer efficiency.
In order to ensure smooth operation in humid and low temperature
conditions, we have selected a special fan motor with low power
consumption, large air volume, low noise and a long range.
Our products feature a U-shaped tubular stainless steel electric
heating tube with strong insulation. This tube is inserted into the
coil and has reasonable spacing distribution and power design.
Defrosting times are short, and the effect is good.
For easy lifting, the slot-type hanger is used in our product.
