Product Features
Shell Design
The shell of the product is made through the process of plastic
spraying or embossed aluminum plate. The surface of the shell is
plastic sprayed, giving it both strong corrosion resistance and a
beautiful appearance.
Copper Coil Design
The copper coil is arranged in a novel way to reduce the wind side
resistance. Once the sheet is installed, the copper tube is
attached tightly to the fin through mechanical expansion. This
reduces the contact thermal resistance and improves the heat
transfer efficiency of the product.
Cleaning Process
After the product undergoes a pressure test, it is cleaned in the
tube with trichloroethylene to remove any oil, moisture and oxide
scale that may be present in the tube.
Fan Motor Design
The product is equipped with a special fan motor that features low
power consumption, large air volume, low noise and long range.

temperature conditions.
Electric Heating Tube Design
The product uses a U-shaped tubular stainless steel electric
