this real-time adjustment function of Danfoss expansion valve is
realized through its internal temperature sensing package and
balance pipe. The temperature sensing package is tied to the
evaporator outlet pipe and can sense the superheated steam
temperature at the evaporator outlet, while the balance pipe
transmits the actual pressure at the evaporator outlet to the valve
body. These two components work together to enable the diaphragm
in the valve body to move up and down under the action of pressure,
thereby adjusting the opening of the expansion valve and ensuring
accurate control of the refrigerant flow.
